Our services are focused on preparing and supporting management and stakeholders in dealing with the challenges of major enterprise systems business transformations by providing briefing sessions on best practices and lessons learned, one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific issues, facilitation of brainstorming and planning sessions. We also provide briefing sessions to organizational units impacted by such enterprise transformations to help them transition to their new environment using the most appropriate means, such as on-site workshops, webinars, chat and FAQs on project portals, etc.

Health Assessment  and Turnaround Planning

To assess whether enterprise initiatives are on track or require remediation and recommend strategies to triage troubled programs.

Our services are focused on providing a snapshot in time of the health of the initiative through consideration of the quality and completeness of all the critical components of the implementation, perform reviews and assessments to ensure accuracy of status reporting, assist in the early identification of critical risks and quality defects, perform assessments of the associated mitigation/planned corrective actions, as well as assess the adequacy and competency of staffing, etc.  We provide easy to understand "report cards" indicating ratings and identify recommended corrective actions.
