Dr. Ard Geller - Chief Consulting Officer
has more than 30 years’ experience selecting, implementing and supporting applications and technology at major global corporations. Dr. Geller has been involved in numerous global enterprise system implementations with roles including Program Manager, Project Management Office, Executive Management Office, Project Strategy Advisor, and Quality Assurance. He has advised clients with respect to program strategy, project execution, risk management, organizational change management, technology infrastructure readiness, go-live decision, and post go-live support issues. He also serves as a consultant and expert in connection with leading major Program Management Office (PMO) support engagements for government agencies and with technology-based litigation in areas such as enterprise systems implementations.
Prior to founding ATEX Consulting, Dr. Geller was a Senior Vice President of TSC, where he was responsible for delivering consulting services for Large Accounts, SAP, Guided Selling, and Technology Infrastructure engagements. He founded TSC’s Professional Offsite Consulting which provided an innovative approach to outsourcing of application management and user support for global clients. Major client implementation engagements included complex, time-compressed, worldwide roll-outs in numerous industry verticals including Oil & Gas, High Tech, Chemicals, Services, Telecommunications, and Heavy Machinery Manufacturing. He was also Executive Vice President / Chief Technology Officer of Micronomics Technology Forensics, a joint venture providing pre-trial support and expert witness services in some of the largest IT litigation cases. Before joining TSC, Dr. Geller worked at Mobil Corporation for 24 years, with assignments in Europe, Africa and the U.S. His positions spanned all aspects of information technology including Systems Programmer, Project Manager, Applications Manager, Planning & Technology Manager, IT Director, International Systems Advisor, and Strategic Planning Advisor. As Corporate IT Strategic Planning Advisor, he was responsible for the development of strategic IT plans, evaluation and recommendation of new technologies and standards, selection and certification of products and vendors, as well as the review of major affiliate project investment proposals. Dr. Geller received a Doctorate in Physics from the University of Rome. He was a founding member of the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) and served as Technical Director of ASUG’s Board. He was awarded, among others, the Mobil President’s Award for Excellence and the Department of Energy's CF Diamond Award for "innovative and exceptional customer service". He is an ITIL Practitioner in Service Design, and is fluent in Italian, German and conversational in French. |
Ilona (Shoshi) Geller - Presidenthas more than 11 years’ experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications and technology for global clients as well as leading forensics analyses activities in support of major litigation cases. She has led the development, implementation, training and post production support activities for financial management assurance / risk management solutions (OMB A-123, ARRA, FMFIA, etc) for one of the largest Federal Departments. She was a critical contributor for the development of winning proposals for large federal ERP and IV&V engagements, and supported the project startup activities focused on providing integration, cross team alignment and quality assurance of project deliverables.
As a founding Partner of ATEX Forensics she co-developed ATEX’s forensics methodology for the targeted and rapid analysis of the root causes of failure on large scale ERP / systems implementations. On forensics cases, she supports all aspects of the detailed analysis activities and the identification of required case evidence. She challenges experts with opposing case evidence to validate and/or strengthen the delivery of their opinion. Prior to ATEX Consulting, she was both a technical and functional consultant on enterprise system implementations for national and global clients in, among others, the heavy equipment manufacturing, chemical, distribution, media and mining industries. She supported the setup and led the operations of TSC's outsourced support and help desk services for its major enterprise systems clients as well as managing the internal Solution Center, i.e. internal development and customer Demo Center. Prior to TSC, she supported the litigation experts at Micronomics (an economic and research firm providing expert testimony relating to damage assessments) with research and analysis of case evidence. She was awarded, among others, the Department of Energy's CF Diamond Award for "innovative and exceptional customer service", is an ITIL Practitioner in Service Design and fluent in German. |
